Policy for Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied your items for any reason, please return those items accepted within our policy for a refund or exchange. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. In the case of stamps and stickers, only complete sheets/items will be accepted for return. Incomplete sheets/items will not be accepted under any circumstance. What qualifies as an acceptable return or exchange remains our decision to be exercised at our discretion.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Software and media (music, movies, books, etc.) — including downloads
Some health and personal care items
Tickets for performances, raffle/auctions, or any other tickets sold
Autographed or limited edition collectibles/memorabilia

To complete your return, we (Z3R0K3W1) require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All purchases must be verified with payment posted before refund will be approved. Purchases that cannot be verified or lack proof of purchase may qualify for exchange at our discretion.

Items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please do not return the purchase to the manufacturer. Refunds or exchanges may be rejected for items returned to the manufacturer.

No partial refunds are granted under any circumstance. Refund request may be denied for, but are not limited to, the following reasons:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase
Lost or stolen items

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days specified by your bank, credit card company, or issuer of payment. Refunds can take 7 – 21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We want you to love your purchase and are happy to exchange an item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@z3r0k3w1.com

Return Address and other shipping details will be included with your RMA number in our email to you.

Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in the body of your email, and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color) or a refund

All exchanges requests must be received within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. Refunds may be issued in lieu of exchange. No credits are issued.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, then the refund will be issued to the gift giver. Please contact the gift giver to inquire about any refund(s) issued.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address included in the email with your RMA number. That email will include the return address, the RMA number required for return, and other shipping details.

Under no circumstance do we (Z3R0K3W1) reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with our support team as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to us. Defective or damaged items are confirmed to be defective by either the manufacturer’s representative or ours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for shipping should your refund or exchange be rejected/denied. If you would like the item(s) returned to you after a rejected refund or exchange then you will be responsible for shipping charges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Contact Customer Support by email at service@z3r0k3w1.com with the “RMA Request” in the subject line. You must make this request within 30 days of purchase.

Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in the body of your email, and indicated any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color. Please specify the replacement desired with exact color and size.) or a refund.

Item stock supply, size and color may be limited or unavailable without notice. Every effort will be made to accommodate orders; additional substitution or refund may offered for unavailable products.

Please be sure to include “RMA Request” in the subject line of your email to ensure your request receives immediate attention and your refund or exchange is processed as quickly as possible.

Use the Attach Documents/Picture feature to include digital images of the damaged or defective products. Please do not include video. JPEG (.jpg) format is the only format accepted. Altered digital images will be immediately rejected.

Typical return process should follow as such
Print and fill out the Return form emailed to you by us with your RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.

Include the paperwork in your returning package along with your returning items, and receipt or proof of purchase.

Write the RMA number conspicuously on the outside of the package to ensure proper routing upon receipt.

Return Address and other shipping details will be included with your RMA number in our email to you.

You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what will follow.

If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the item is ready to be shipped.

Items will only be exchanged for equal or lesser value.
